Why Group Work?

Group work offers unique opportunities for connection, reflection, and shared insight—amplifying the healing process through collective presence and resonance. You'll be supported by a team of highly trained and compassionate professionals, including licensed mental health professionals and licensed psychiatric-nurse practitioners, each bringing extensive experience in trauma-informed care, ketamine therapy and integration.

Whether you're navigating depression, anxiety, trauma or seeking personal growth, this intensive offers a powerful opportunity to reconnect with your inner wisdom and move toward wholeness—together.

From Past Participants

“They provide a safe and supportive container for their clients to feel secure going to deep places. If you are interested in an individual our group experience, I would recommend them.”

“This was my first experience with ketamine and while I felt excited, curious and open, I was also nervous about what to expect. Having the facilitators there as steady and compassionate guides was very grounding; they created a calm, supportive environment, clearly communicated the process, and held space for a range of experiences.”

“…I was quite nervous and completely new to both psychedelics and group work. From the initial evaluation through the day of the session, the facilitators made me feel informed, supported, and at ease… The group setting ended up being one of the most meaningful parts of the experience—I felt a strong sense of safety, respect, and shared presence. Overall, the experience far exceeded my expectations, and I’m deeply grateful for the thoughtful guidance and supportive space that was created.”

“The care and intention you put into the setting and process and the openness of the group. The structure of the day felt thoughtful and well paced.”

There will be three main sections to our day, with breaks in between to rest, stretch, or step outside for fresh air. There will be time for connection and questions to ensure you feel safe and supported before beginning your experience.

  • While we will be providing eyeshades, headphones and mats to lay on but we encourage you to bring any additional items for your physical and emotional comfort. This includes but not limited to: blankets, pillows, grounding objects and eyeshades if you have a particular kind that work best for you. We will also be providing light snacks and beverages after the group journey.
