Why Group Work?
Group work offers unique opportunities for connection, reflection, and shared insight—amplifying the healing process through collective presence and resonance. You'll be supported by a team of highly trained and compassionate professionals, including licensed mental health professionals and licensed psychiatric-nurse practitioners, each bringing extensive experience in trauma-informed care, ketamine therapy and integration.
Whether you're navigating depression, anxiety, trauma or seeking personal growth, this intensive offers a powerful opportunity to reconnect with your inner wisdom and move toward wholeness—together.
Who Is this Intensive For?

Seeking clarity heading into a new year
Wanting to deepen your inner work
Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself and others
Desiring emotional release or a nervous system reset
Wanting a supported, relational healing environment
Curious about KAP and ready for a meaningful, therapeutic experience
Drawn to community-based healing rather than individual work

FAQs
-
We invite participants to arrive anytime between 8:30 and 9:00am, allowing space to settle in, connect, and feel comfortable in the space. We’ll begin by gathering as a group to get to know one another and the facilitators, and to gently prepare for the journey ahead — exploring what to expect and how to care for yourself throughout the day.
There will be three main sections to our day, with breaks in between to rest, stretch, or step outside for fresh air. There will be time for connection and questions to ensure you feel safe and supported before beginning your experience.
-
While we will be providing eyeshades, headphones, sheets and mats to lay on, we encourage you to bring any additional items for your physical and emotional comfort. This includes but not limited to: blankets, pillows, grounding objects and eyeshades if you have a particular kind that work best for you. We will also be providing light snacks and beverages after the group journey.
-
A ride to and from the group intensive is mandatory. No one is allowed to drive themselves after the Ketamine journey.
-
Your payment is 100% refundable if you are not cleared medically for participation. Payment is non-refundable if you receive medical clearance and cancel.
