FAQs

  • We invite participants to arrive anytime between 8:30 and 9:00am, allowing space to settle in, connect, and feel comfortable in the space. We’ll begin by gathering as a group to get to know one another and the facilitators, and to gently prepare for the journey ahead — exploring what to expect and how to care for yourself throughout the day.

There will be three main sections to our day, with 20-minute breaks in between to rest, stretch, or step outside for fresh air. You’ll also have dedicated time with Dr. Paul to review your dosage, check in on blood pressure and other biometrics, and ensure you feel safe and supported before beginning your experience.

  • While we will be providing eyeshades, headphones, sheets and mats to lay on, we encourage you to bring any additional items for your physical and emotional comfort. This includes but not limited to: blankets, pillows, grounding objects and eyeshades if you have a particular kind that work best for you. We will also be providing light snacks and beverages after the group journey.

  • A ride to and from the group intensive is mandatory. No one is allowed to drive themselves after the Ketamine journey.

  • The $195 deposit is refundable if the appointment with Dr. Paul is canceled with at least 48 hours notice. Within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, the deposit is non-refundable.
